We were appointed to provide full structural and civil engineering consultancy services to this exciting new project in central Birmingham. .

Lower Essex Square comprises 3 buildings of 8, 12 and 27 storeys and includes 2 internal courtyards, a clubhouse, terraces and a 9^th floor garden terrace to the 27 storey building.

The development will provide 628 homes and around 20,000ft² of commercial space in total.
